Welcome to Lynette Murry's Page

On February 2, 2010, I lost my beloved Nik who is, was and always will be my soul mate to complications of AIDS. As if sensing what I was going to do upon his passing, he made me promise to live and carry on with what we had started. So on his death bed, just hours before his passing, I made a vow to him that I would live and if it's the last thing that I do on this earth, HIV/AIDS will cease to exist.

On September 1st, 2016 I lost my best friend, one time fiancé, my rock, my protector (he protected me from so much)... Jason Fox to depression which was unfortunately compounded by the fact that his health had become worse due to complications of HIV/AIDS.

While Nik was still among this earth with us, we found out that his brother was also diagnosed with HIV. He believed that he was in a committed relationship and alas.... I vowed to Nik that I would save the lives of both Tanner and Jason. Unfortunately, I was unable to do that with Jason, but I still have that chance with Tanner.

I still have the opportunity to do that for a friend that has allowed me back into his life. He was diagnosed as being HIV+ a few years ago, however he puts the well being of others ahead of himself. I am going to fight for his well being. I will fight until I can fight no more to help him.

I also have eleven other friends who are HIV+, and that is something that tears my heart apart daily, because it's so difficult to get them the care that they need.

Please help me keep my vow to Nik, while honoring not only his memory but Jason's as well.
