I hope you will join me in supporting Thrive Health Connection’s fundraiser for the 32nd annual AIDS WALK put on by the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City! ASF of Greater Kansas City’s mission is to raise money to support the Kansas City metropolitan HIV/AIDS community while raising awareness about HIV.
Each year, a portion of the money raised through the walk goes directly to supporting services provided by Thrive Health Connection, which is why this fundraiser is so important to me. As Kansas City’s original HIV/AIDS services provider, Thrive Health Connection, formerly the Good Samaritan Project, provides services to one-in-six people living with HIV in the region – helping them to acquire health insurance, navigate the health system, and connect with inclusive medical and wellness services both at Thrive Health and across the KC Metro.
This year we have set a goal to raise $5,000 before the walk on April 25th, and we need your help. A donation of ANY amount makes a difference in the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS in our community. Thank you for your support!
