What is the Extra Mile Club?
The Extra Mile Club is made up of Walkers just like yourself who have set a goal to raise at least $1,000 for AIDS WALK Kansas City. The Club was created to help individuals like you learn how to increase your donations, but don't know where to start. The Extra Mile Club supplies its members with unique fundraising ideas and phone and email support. Extra Mile Club members can draw on the knowledge of AIDS WALK staff, Steering Committee and other Walkers to share ideas, strategies and fun ways to boost your fundraising efforts.
How do I join the Extra Mile Club?
It's easy!
- Commit to raising at least $1,000 for AIDS WALK 2008
- Create your free, personal fundraising page at www.firstgiving.com/aidswalkkc and utilize your pledge forms to ask your friends, family and co-workers to support your fundraising efforts!
- Go the extra mile in honor of our now 20 years of life-changing steps
All Extra Mile Club members will receive the following bonuses:
- Express Registration on AIDS WALK day, Saturday, April 26th
- Festive Gold Crown for those turning in at least $1,000 by event day
- Special Invitation to a post AIDS WALK 'Thank You' Party
